- The operator and organizer of the "Allegro Days without additional Sales Commission" promotional campaign (hereinafter: "Campaign") is Allegro sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań, address: ul. Wierzbięcice 1B, 61-569 Poznań, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Poznań — Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000635012, share capital: PLN 40,000,000.00, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 525-26-74-798, REGON (National Business Registry Number): 365331553 (hereinafter: "Company").
- The Campaign runs from 10:00 March 6, 2026, until 23:59 March 16, 2026 (GMT + 01:00).
- The Campaign is addressed to Sellers who have been qualified and actively participate in the Allegro Days program, in the period specified in paragraph 2.
- The purpose of the Campaign is to increase price attractiveness and to encourage Sellers to participate in the Allegro Days program.
- During the Campaign, the Seller is exempt from the obligation to pay any additional commission on the sales of Goods as part of Allegro Days (referred to in Appendix No. 1 to the Allegro Days program Terms & Conditions).
- The Campaign does not exempt Sellers from paying standard commission on the sales of Goods charged under Appendix No. 4 to the Allegro Terms & Conditions.
The Company may exclude a Seller from the Campaign with immediate effect if:
a) The Seller violates these Terms & Conditions or the Allegro Terms & Conditions, specifically if this results in Account suspension or an excessive number of removed Offers or transactional problems in relation to sales volume;
b) The Seller takes steps to circumvent technical safeguards or falsify data;
c) During the Campaign, the Seller changes the Account details as referred to in Section 2.11 of the Allegro Terms & Conditions.
All complaints regarding the Campaign should be submitted within 14 days of the incident against which the complaint is lodged using the contact form available on the website.
- The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Such amendments will be announced and published in particular on the website and will become effective on the date indicated by the Company. At the same time, until the proposed amendments become effective, Sellers may submit a notice of termination of the Agreement to the Company via the contact form if they do not accept those amendments. If the termination notice referred to in the preceding sentence is not delivered to the Company, the Seller will be deemed to have accepted the amendments to the Terms & Conditions.
- The Company is the controller of Campaign Participants' personal data in connection with their participation in the Campaign, within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Personal data processing rules are specified in the Privacy Protection Policy attached as Appendix No. 5 to the Allegro Terms & Conditions.
- Any matters not provided for in these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the Allegro Terms & Conditions, including the definitions specified therein, and the Allegro Days Program Terms & Conditions.

- In the event that the Terms & Conditions have been drawn up in several language versions, in case of any discrepancies, the Polish version will prevail.
