The Allegro Ads Welcome Bonus (500 PLN) - 11. edition

I Introduction

  1. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms & Conditions") specify the rules and procedures for the bonus campaign "Allegro Ads Welcome Bonus (PLN 500) — 11. Edition" (hereinafter: "Campaign").

  2. The operator and organizer of the Promotion is Allegro sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań, address: ul. Wierzbięcice 1B, 61-569 Poznań, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Poznań — Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000635012, share capital: PLN 40,000,000.00, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 525-26-74-798, REGON (National Business Registry Number): 365331553 (hereinafter: "Company"), which is the operator of the e-commerce platform available at the allegro.pl domain (hereinafter: "Allegro").

  3. The Campaign starts on April 1, 2025, and ends on July 15, 2025..

  4. To the extent not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the Allegro Terms & Conditions available at: https://allegro.pl/regulamin/pl, and the Allegro Ads Terms & Conditions available at: https://allegro.pl/regulaminy/regulamin-allegro-ads-a1EnOgMxWfa will apply.

  5. Capitalized terms not defined in these Terms & Conditions have the meaning ascribed to them in the Allegro Terms & Conditions and the Allegro Ads Terms & Conditions.

  6. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, using the Customer Dashboard (i.e., using the "Sign in" option at https://allegro.pl/ads, entering the page at https://salescenter.allegro.com/ads/panel, or using the Ads Express Service or the Advertisement from the Listing Form Service) will entail activation and possession of an Allegro Ads account (hereinafter: "Allegro Ads Account").

II. Terms of participation

  1. The Campaign is addressed to Users who have registered their first Business Account on Allegro within the meaning of paragraphs 2.3 and 2.4 of the Allegro Terms & Conditions in the period from April 1, 2025, until June 30, 2025, and were verified with a positive outcome;

  2. The Campaign does not cover Users who have or have had in the past any formal, legal, or other factual relationship with any other Business Account.

  3. The Campaign does not cover Users using the Allegro Ads service as Partners within the meaning of the Allegro Ads Terms & Conditions (https://allegro.pl/regulaminy/regulamin-allegro-ads-a1EnOgMxWfa).

III. Conditions for obtaining the Bonus

  1. Users who meet all the conditions specified in points 7-9 above and create Account in Allegro Ads in the period from April 1, 2025 to July 15, 2025, will receive a Bonus in the form of a discount on services within Allegro Ads corresponding to the amount of PLN 500 gross to be used for the Allegro Ads Service in the "Sponsored Offers " format , which can be used on the Allegro Display Space and the Display Space of the Advertising Network (Google Ads) within Allegro, only in the allegro.pl domain.

IV. Rules of operation of the Bonus

  1. The bonus shall be awarded within 48 hours from the moment the User meets all the conditions specified in Art. II and III above. User will receive an e-mail with information about the Bonus appearing in the Allegro Ads Dashboard in the "Bonuses" tab (https://salescenter.allegro.com/ads/dashboard/bonuses?marketplace=allegro-pl) or in the Sales Center (https://salescenter.allegro.com/discount-center/?marketplaceId=allegro-pl) on the account of the User who was invited to the Promotion .

  2. The Bonus is active from the day it is received and does not require additional activation by the User.

  3. The Funds granted as the Bonus may be used within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt .

  4. The amount awarded as the Bonus will reduce the User's expenses incurred for Allegro Ads Service in the Sponsored Offers format by reducing the amount payable to the Company for the provision of the Allegro Ads Service.

  5. **After the Bonus has been used up or after its validity period has elapsed (60 days from the date of its receipt) in the form of a discount on Allegro Ads services corresponding to the amount of PLN 500 gross, fee for using the Allegro Ads Service in the "Sponsored Offers " format, which can be used on the Allegro Display Space and the Display Space of the Advertising Network (Google Ads) will be charged automatically based on the provisions of the Allegro Ads Service Regulations.

  6. In order to avoid being charged a fee (after the Bonus has been exhausted or after its validity period has passed), User should set the end date of the Advertising Message or independently (manually) end the Advertising Message Display in the Allegro Ads Dashboard. User may also set a maximum total budget limit equal to the amount of the Bonus granted in the Allegro Ads Dashboard.

Example 1

User received the Bonus on 01/04/2025 and has time to use it until May 31, 2025 to use it (60 days from the date of receipt). The user launched the first advertising campaign on April 2, 2025. In the ad group of this campaign, he set a daily budget of PLN 25. The Bonus amount will be sufficient for 20 days of advertising (20 days x PLN 25 = PLN 500) if the daily budget is used in its entirety. From April 22, user will be billed according to the rates they set.

Example 2

User received the Bonus on 01/04/2025, launched the first advertising campaign on April 2, 2025 and: entered the amount of PLN 500 in the total budget of the ad group added broadcast dates from April 2, 2025 to April 21, 2025.

Ad group will be active until it uses up its total budget (PLN 500), or if it is not used up, until the set end date (April 21, 2025) passes. If you reach your total budget limit or end date, ad group will disable itself and Advertisement will not be active.

V. Final provisions

  1. Users referred to in Art. III, pt. 10 above, by deciding to use the Bonus, they accept the conditions set out in these Regulations.

  2. During the Promotion, User may receive the Bonus only once.

  3. Bonuses awarded in different promotions organized for Allegro Ads Services may not be combined. Using one bonus prevents the use of other bonuses under Allegro Ads Services in the same period, until the relevant bonus has been used up in full or the time to activate or use the Bonus has expired.

  4. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby stated that the granted Bonus may not be exchanged (e.g., for another award) or a monetary equivalent. At the end of the Bonus validity period, any unused Bonus amount will expire.

  5. The Bonus cannot be transferred to another User Account .

  6. The Company will inform Users who meet the requirements in the Regulations about the possibility of using the Promotion by e-mail correspondence sent to the address assigned to the Account meeting the conditions of participation. Receiving Messages referred to in the preceding sentence is dependent on the User granting consent to receive notifications from the Company on the Main Account. Consent Settings are available in the " Consents to Notifications " tab.

  7. Any complaints in matters related to the Promotion may be submitted by the Seller under the principles outlined in the Allegro Ads Service Terms & Conditions.

  8. As part of the Action, User receives from the Company, by e-mail, information regarding the Action and other important information related to the implementation of the provisions of the Regulations.

  9. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, including the right to launch a new version of the Campaign. Any amendments become effective on the date specified by the Company.

  10. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Polish law.

  11. All disputes arising from the provision of services under the Campaign will be settled by the common court competent for the Company's registered office.
